Real Life Weddings & Photoshoots - 'Vicki'

If ever a dress was made to suit a bride on her wedding day, Iona was made for Vicki. She had been contacted by a friend who had seen a photograph in the "Scottish Sunday Post", and who felt that this may be the dress she had been searching for. The friend was correct of course, and the result can be seen here in the photographs Vicki generously supplied us with.

Being close enough to visit us in person, Vicki had a handful of consultations with our designers. Firstly to see a sample of the dress she preferred, then to try on the toile of her dress. This stage is important to ensure that the final dress will be as perfect a fit as possible. Further visits over the next few months were then scheduled as the dress progressed, with the final fitting just a few weeks before the wedding.

Made from silk crepe with a silk chiffon overskirt, Iona is perfect for summer or winter weddings. Vicki chose chiffon sleeves, but Iona can also be chosen with crepe sleeves.
